Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All purchases made through Kamakshi Collections are considered final sale unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, color, or product selection made by the customer
- Personal preferences after delivery
- Minor color variations due to screen or device settings
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To review your request, the following are mandatory:
- A complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Your order number
After verification, Kamakshi Collections may, at its sole discretion, provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to the original payment method if a replacement is unavailable
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.
This video is required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing products
- Incorrect products
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available on our website.
Our Recommendation
To ensure a smooth resolution in the unlikely event of any issue, we strongly recommend that customers:
- Record an unboxing video before opening the package
- Verify the product immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 24 hours if any issue is found
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved
Following these steps helps us process genuine claims quickly and efficiently.
